Responsive, reliable service! We've had a couple of boiler emergencies this year (and an A/C emergency last summer) and Bormida responds quickly to service requests. We feel confident that we're getting the best service at a fair price, especially because Rick tells us honestly what our service options are so we can decide how much to spend and what we actually need to repair. If you've ever had an emergency (or even a regular service) and felt like the company was taking you for a ride just to make money off of you or telling you that you need something you don't need, give Bormida a chance. Our very old air conditioner failed during the hottest part of the summer (of course!). Bormida Mechanical Services responded the same day I called. After doing a thorough review of our current system and listening to our needs, we were offered several replacement options (our system was beyond repair) and assisted with financing for the replacement. Installation was quick. All technicians that were at our home were polite and professional and cleaned up everything before leaving. When our new system needed a slight adjustment, this company responded FAST to assist us and called later to confirm that all was well. Truly an excellent company that I would recommend without hesitation.
